I’m Brissa Arias (she/her), a compassionate and grounding therapist who supports individuals (12+), teens, and couples in both English and Spanish. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and relationship concerns. With five years of experience in social work and mental health—including supporting families affected by domestic violence and working closely with teens and adult men experiencing emotional and substance-use challenges—I bring a steady and empathetic approach to therapy.

A bit about me
Outside of therapy, I love exploring new foods, cooking, dancing, staying active, and spending time outdoors. Cleaning is one of my favorite ways to unwind, ground myself, and reflect. I treasure time with my family, friends, and partner—values that shape the way I show up for my clients.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the experiences and patterns impacting your life. I believe that understanding your past can help you make sense of your present—and open the door to meaningful healing and change.
