Individual Therapy
Sometimes strength means allowing yourself to receive support. Our therapists help you navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, or life transitions — always from a place of compassion and respect for your story.

As an LGBTQ+ Affirmative Practice, we proudly offer Gender Affirming Care Support Letters. To ensure your letter reflects your unique experience and needs, we ask for a minimum of 3–5 therapy sessions before completion.

As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice, we are honored to provide U-Visa Support Letters for individuals seeking safety and healing after experiencing trauma or abuse.
To ensure your letter is comprehensive, accurate, and supportive of your unique experience, we require a minimum of 3–5 therapy sessions before completion.

Healing is not about doing it alone — it’s about being supported in your becoming.
2
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be powerful spaces for healing.
Whether you’re looking to reconnect, navigate conflict, or strengthen emotional intimacy, our therapists create a safe environment for both partners to feel heard and valued.
We use Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), IFS, and Gottman-informed tools to help you rediscover connection and resilience as a team.
Healing happens together — one conversation, one breath, one moment at a time.
3
Family Therapy
Families are systems — when one person struggles, everyone feels it.
We help families restore communication, build empathy, and strengthen emotional safety.
Our trauma-informed approach honors each member’s voice and supports healing across generations.
Every family has the capacity to reconnect — we just need the right tools and a safe space to begin.
