You deserve a space where your story is honored, your strengths are recognized, and your healing journey feels supported every step of the way. As a bilingual therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you in both English and Spanish, offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that respects your unique lived experiences.
I was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the age of four, carrying with me the values, culture, and community that continue to shape who I am today. Even while growing up in the U.S., my family kept me deeply connected to my roots, and it’s an honor to now offer therapy in both Spanish and English—creating a space where language, culture, and identity are respected and welcomed.

I work with individuals (ages 12 and up) and couples who are navigating life transitions, acculturative stress, complex family patterns, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and strength-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported.

In our work together, I help you slow down, reconnect with yourself or your loved ones, and make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming. Whether you’re a teen searching for identity and stability, or a couple wanting to rebuild trust or seeking healthier communication, I help you move toward clarity, emotional safety, and meaningful change. I honor each person’s lived experience and also believe that joy, play, and lightness are essential parts of the healing journey.

Supporting the LGBTQ+ community is especially important to me. I believe in not just acceptance, but celebration. You deserve a therapist who honors your identity, your story, and your right to be fully yourself—without fear or judgment.

Outside the therapy room, I love being in nature, exploring new places, staying connected to community, and spending intentional time with the people and animals I love.

My Therapeutic Approach With Individuals and Couples
I believe healing begins with a safe space—somewhere you can understand what you feel, release what’s heavy, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. Whether we work together individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you build tools that allow you to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

Individual Therapy
In individual work, I support you in:
-
Regulating overwhelming emotions
-
Exploring patterns that keep showing up
-
Connecting to your body and inner experience
-
Challenging beliefs that no longer serve you
-
Rediscovering your strengths and sense of hope

I integrate modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed techniques, Mindfulness, ACT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic Approaches, and Polyvagal Theory.
These approaches help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen your ability to make choices that reflect your values and goals.

Couples Therapy
With couples, I focus on emotional safety and connection. Together, we work to:
-
Improve communication
-
Understand emotional wounds and protective responses
-
Break recurring patterns that create distance or conflict
-
Rebuild intimacy, teamwork, and trust
-
Create a relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported

My use of somatic approaches and Polyvagal Theory helps couples recognize what happens in their nervous systems during conflict—allowing them to respond with more calm, compassion, and clarity rather than reactivity.
