Do you offer a sliding scale or accept Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
We don’t offer a sliding scale and we currently do not accept EAP. However, we do have limited reduced-rate spaces for clients who are uninsured and experiencing financial hardship. Ask us about current availability.
Out-of-network (OON):
If we’re OON for your plan; we can check if your plan offers OON Benefits or we can provide a superbill so you can request reimbursement from your insurer.
